Creating an Account

To create an account, click on the 'Sign In or Register' link at the top right-hand corner of the site. Simply provide the details we need (Name, Contact Number, Shipping Address, etc) Click on 'Register' and you can now start adding items to your shopping cart.

Ordering

Click on ‘Shopping Cart’ to see the items you have chosen. From there, you can either add quantities to your item or remove it from your list. Click on ‘Confirm Checkout’ when you’re done shopping. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. Please give us 2-3 days to process your order. You may email us at hello@izzoshop.com to follow-up on your orders.

Billing

An e-mail will be sent to you containing your invoice. Your invoice shall include your total purchases plus shipping fee. Payment options include bank deposits to our BDO, BPI and Metrobank accounts. We also accept GCash and SmartMoney.

For Paypal payments, an additional 4.4% + Php15.00 will be charged on top of your bill as PayPal charges us when receiving payments. Click HERE for reference.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping fee is not yet included in our prices and will be shouldered by the buyer. Our shipping partner is Xend. You can view their local shipping rates HERE.

Our cut-off time for shipping is 12noon, Monday to Friday.

For intra-city locations, you will receive your parcel within 1-2 days. For provincial shipments, please allow 3-4 days for your parcel to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

We follow a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE policy, but rest assured that all items are inspected before shipment. Should there be a case that the product is truly defective, we still reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you.

Privacy Policy

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
